Welcome to ramisat.com (“the Site”), operated by Mr. Rami Abass (“we,” “us,” or “SAT Decoded”). By accessing our website or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Account

To enroll in any SAT Decoded course, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (or have parent/guardian consent if younger)
  • Provide accurate personal information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account with others
  • Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at info@ramisat.com.

2. Course Access

Upon successful enrollment (payment received and course enrollment activated by our team), you receive:

  • Lifetime access to the purchased course on ramisat.com — for as long as the course is offered on our platform
  • Access to all current course content, including lessons, interactive exercises, and practice questions
  • Future updates and improvements to the course at no additional cost

Access is granted to the individual student only and is non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials, distributing course materials, or downloading content for redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment

Course fees are listed at the time of enrollment and payable in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) or equivalent, via bank transfer, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash. International students may arrange alternative methods by contacting us directly.

All payments must be completed before course access is granted. Our team verifies payment receipt before activating enrollment.

4. Refund Policy

Digital products are non-refundable. Due to immediate access upon enrollment, all digital products (books, vocabulary modules, Digital Course, Mini Courses, Needs Analysis, Question Treasure subscription) are not eligible for refund once enrollment is activated.

Live Course refunds: The Live Course is refundable, with the original payment minus the cost of any sessions already attended. Submit refund requests to info@ramisat.com or WhatsApp +20 155 158 7494.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including lessons, videos, graphics, text, exercises, the S.I.G.N.A.L framework, Trap Museums, and the Rami 3-Part Framework — are the exclusive intellectual property of Mr. Rami Abass and are protected by copyright law.

Students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and study the materials for their own SAT preparation. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, screen recording for redistribution, or use in any commercial context is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Student Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials with anyone else
  • Record, copy, or redistribute course content in any form
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated tools on the Site
  • Harass, impersonate, or harm other students, team members, or Mr. Rami
  • Use the Site in any way that violates local or international law

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. No Guarantee of Results

SAT Decoded is a high-quality educational product designed to help students achieve their target SAT scores. However, individual results depend on factors outside our control — including effort, time invested, prior knowledge, test-day performance, and other variables. We make no guarantee of specific score outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual student experiences and are not a guarantee of your results.

8. Course Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available 24/7. However, we may occasionally experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any loss caused by temporary unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr. Rami Abass and SAT Decoded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or course materials. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered students via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.
