Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds are issued for products and services purchased on ramisat.com, operated by Dr. Rami Abass and team (“SAT Decoded”). Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products — Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon successful enrollment, all digital products purchased on ramisat.com are non-refundable once enrollment is activated. This includes:

  • All SAT Decoded books (Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced)
  • All SAT Vocabulary Decoded books (Levels 1, 2, and 3)
  • The Digital Course (all levels)
  • All Mini Courses
  • The SAT Needs Analysis assessment
  • The SAT Question Treasure subscription

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy for digital products.

2. Live Course — Partial Refund Available

For the Live Course (1-on-1 tutoring sessions with Dr. Rami Abass), refunds are available with the following terms:

  • A refund request must be submitted via WhatsApp (+20 155 158 7494) or email (info@ramisat.com)
  • The refund amount equals the original payment minus the cost of any sessions already attended
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method where possible

3. Subscription Cancellation (Question Treasure)

The SAT Question Treasure subscription (350 EGP/month) can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Access remains until the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refund is issued for the remainder of the current month
  • No charges occur for subsequent months

4. Genuine Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access to a purchased digital product, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@ramisat.com or WhatsApp +20 155 158 7494. We will resolve the issue or, at our sole discretion, provide a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund (where applicable)

Submit the following information to info@ramisat.com or via WhatsApp at +20 155 158 7494:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • The product or service purchased
  • Payment date and amount
  • Reason for the refund request

All refund requests are reviewed individually. Decisions are communicated within 7 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
